Pam Ausley


  •           Grew up in Talladega, Alabama and graduated from Talladega High School in 1963.
  •           Received B.A. from Sweet Briar College, Virginia in 1967.
  •           Received M.A. from the University of Alabama in 1970.
  •           Obtained real estate license and became a realtor working in the Birmingham area in 1971.
  •           Member of the Birmingham Area Board of Realtors Million Dollar Sales Club since 1977.
  •           Life member of Birmingham Board of Realtors Club of Excellence.
  •           Received the Birmingham Area Board of Realtors annual “Top Producer” award five times.
  •           Received the Vulcan Award.
Pam has been active in selling over-the-mountain properties since 1971. During her early career she sold primarily new homes in subdivisions in Mountain Brook, Vestavia, Hoover, Pelham, and unincorporated Shelby County.

She says, “For the past fifteen years I have specialized in upper bracket properties, particularly those with acreage; properties which could be described as close-in farms or estates. However, I often find first-time home buyers fun to work with and enjoy the variety and challenge of selling homes in all sizes, prices and locations.”

 “My personal goal for each transaction is for the individual or family to be so pleased with my service that they are actually enthusiastic in recommending me to their friends and colleagues. My primary source of new business has always been referrals.”
